Main activities: - Planning of all activities project correlated according to customer milestones - Review of project status by continuous project assessment and reporting - Reporting to Steering Committee - Manages of all activities to reach the project targets - Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately - Hands over responsibility of project to the program management (plant)

Drawing master planning of production preparation and launch of new projects Redaction of project qualification documentation Focal point between Application Team and Production Plant Planning, activation and tracking of Change Management items Production Plant representant for Customer

Main activities and responsibilities: - PPAP for new Products and for all changes in serial production; - Customer claims management including: - organization of containment actions; - organization of sorting actions; - analysis on claimed parts; - 8D reporting; - Management of Customer Portals for PPAP submissions and claim handling, - Control and spread of Quality indicators.

Main activities and responsibilities: - Customer reference point for all quality issues; - PPAP for new Products and pre-Production Audits - Quality documentation (Control Plan, Flow-Chart, Instruction,...) - Customer claims management - Corrective and preventive actions management - Control and spread of Quality indicators such as PPM and number of claims

Main activities and responsibilities: - Support for the qualification of the new missile system PAAMS supplied from EUROSAM; - Support for the qualification of the up-dated missile system Teseo supplied from MBDA; - Verification and testing of simulation software.

- Management of tests in Electronic and Mechanical Acceptance Department; - Management of tests c/o Suppliers; - Management of Quality documentation; - Redaction of internal procedures.
