• Evaluating apt Business Service Center processes for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in 4 departments, est. saving potential with the resp. colleagues + presenting progress to the CFO regularly • Eval. potential for the Commercial Order Management w/ regards to RPA+process re-engineering in collab. with the Head of COM+Controlling • Supp. the CFO in conceptualising an iPF-planning approach for 2019 for relevant T-Systems entities + creating PPTs to illustrate it in collab. w/ the project lead+others
