    Worked in the operation and maintenance department in charge of different offshore wind turbine fields in the North Sea: •Assessed necessity for intervention against scour phenomena around certain wind turbine foundations •Contacted contractors and arranged a meeting to discuss a possible scour remediation intervention •Conceived a theoretical model (in Matlab) for the optimization of maintenance operations by minimizing cost and downtimes

    The group is funded by EDF to test the resilience of nuclear reactors to earthquakes in order to decide on the safety of expanding their lifetime. My personal project was to calibrate a core prototype in order to correlate forces applied to the core with hold-values (resistance of the material to breaking) and displacements.
