-In charge of 3 R&D laboratories : Polycondensation laboratory, thermosetting resins laboratory and polymer processing laboratory (2 managers, 9 technicians and 3 university PhD students) - Support of marketing and sales - Polycondensation Laboratory Manager ad interim

-Direct management of one team of 3 lab technicians and shared management of 2 university PhD students. -Setting up studies via external collaborations (industrials partners for scale-up trials, academics laboratories) -Lead internal innovation projects -Support to business via customer visits (mainly Europe, Asia), participation to trade fairs, promotion of our products at conferences, webinar, technical training of our sales teams and interaction with our marketing teams.

-Creation of the polycondensation laboratory : purchasing equipments for synthesis (include a 2L automated pilot reactor) and polymer analysis. -Development of new bio-based polymers, mostly polyesters (patent applications) -Direct management of 2 lab technicians -Support to business
