- Responsible for managing 3 stores in APAC with an annual volume of USD$26 million - Key focus was to retain talent in Asia to support the companies growth strategy: mentoring programmes, recruiting the right people for the brand and succession planning and implementing training programmes to fast track top talent employees - Worked closley with home office functions to ensure employees in Asia were compliant with local laws and regulations, company policies and company culture
