Sliding door systems, fittings, connectors for furniture. Managing the projects of new, developed and version products, R&D team with their tasks and projects. Coordinating project budgeting and feasibility, product design, benchmarking and prototyping , product features defining, determining test parameters, design and construction of test setups, patent research, analysis and determination of design changes. Optimizing designs for manufacturability and coordinating relevant mold, assembly machine work.

Analyzing the competitors patents and applying for new patents. Benchmarking of competitors products. Researching raw materials.
