ADAS Radar Software Verification HiL Testing: Planned and executed functional requirement tests on HiL test benches to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Issue Tracking & Alignment: Analyzed defects using Vector CANoe and ODIS; coordinated test results with developers, suppliers, and customers while tracking bug fixes via Jira lifecycle. Test Automation: Optimized and scripted test procedures for evolving system requirements. Documentation: release documentation in Jira and Confluence.

Software Specification: Drafting technical requirements specifications (Lastenhefte) to define control and closed-loop regulation software for cleaning and cooling actuators. Supplier Management: Continuously monitoring development progress with external engineering partners and suppliers. Test Rig Engineering: Conceptual design and setup of test benches.

1D-CFD Simulation (GT-SUITE / KULI): Concept development and thermal-fluid design of cooling circuits for ICE, BEV, PHEV & FCEV. Model setup, CAD conversion, calibration with 3D-CFD and test data, and functional validation using INCA/MDA. Rig Testing: Customer alignment, test specification, and setup design for cooling component rigs. Instrumentation calibration, test execution, data analysis, and documentation. Interface Management: Alignment of system boundary conditions across departments and suppliers.

Design and optimize thermal management concepts and cooling circuits for BEVs/PHEVs. Build, detail, and calibrate complex 1D-CFD models in GT-SUITE and KULI using CAD data and 3D-CFD/testbed results. Execute thermal and fluid calculations to ensure cooling performance. Coordinate system parameters with internal teams and external suppliers. Validate models with vehicle/testbed data via INCA and MDA. Present simulation results to expert committees

Conceptual Design: Analysis of the current state and design of a standardized report layout. VBA Programming: Automated import and reconciliation of data, as well as automatic scaling and integration of maintenance images.
