Traverse was a digital social media agency with big aspirations. I was brought on board to give the agency some creative grunt. During my time there I created and managed several campaigns for our clients. I brought on new business and introduced a high level of creativity.

GSLPromotus is an advertising agency with just one person in the creative department. Me. My job was to wrangle a fantastic network of creative freelancers to deliver strategically sound and wonderful creative to both government and commercial sector clients.

Headhunted to transform a traditional advertising agency into a nimble, digital-centric hot shop, conducted business and sector analysis & presented proposal to the board & gained approval & enabled business growth from $8m billings to $16m billings in 2 years winning 5 major new clients
