 Installation, Commissioning and Service support of Solar Cell Line (Wafer Inspection System-Vericell,  Managing overall operations for executing projects within time norms.  Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de- bottlenecking.  Preparing project schedules and monitoring project.  Identifying project bottlenecks and undertaking corrective measures.  Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe & timely execution of the projects.

 Monitor Operation and Maintenance of all activities in Solar Module Lines.  Manpower handling for carrying out the installation, commissioning, emergency break-down maintenance & preventive maintenance of the Equipment to minimize the breakdown & failure to obtain optimum performance of Equipment.  Rectify & troubleshoot the breakdown of PLC based automation systems.  Maintenance of full & semi-automatic electrical & electronic instruments driven by PLC, DC Drive.

 Monitor, Operation and Maintenance of all activities in Solar Cell Lines and Module Lines.  Control the SCADA based process operations.  Maintenance (Installation, Fault Detection & Correction, Modification) of full & semi-automatic electrical & electronic instruments driven by PLC, DCS, SCADA, DC Drive.

 Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Solar Cell lines, DVD-R (3503 and Taurus), CD-R (3503) and BDR Lines, Metallizer.  Upgrading and monitoring of Siemens and VIPA series PLC running under S7-300 environment.  Responsible for the modifications/Retrofits desired by the customer on these Machines.  To Monitor the Production and improve cycle time of Production
