Own core Android architecture and critical product areas across three consumer apps serving up to 1.39M DAU. Led the Jetpack Compose migration, evolve a 60+ module architecture, built offline-first sync with conflict resolution, codify architecture standards with Konsist, improved crash rate to 0.08%, and mentor engineers while working closely with product, design and backend teams.

Built the company’s Android e-commerce app from the ground up and scaled it to production across eight European markets. Designed the application architecture for localization, multiple backend integrations and market-specific requirements, and delivered complex customer-facing flows with product, design and backend teams.

Led end-to-end development of three Android applications, from architecture and implementation through production deployment and maintenance. Built consumer-facing apps and a terminal-style Android app deployed on approximately 500 in-store devices, and established foundational Android architecture and engineering practices.
