Project: Key software component responsible for the data delivery to the tills. Tesco(https://www.tesco.com/) Accomplishments: • Analyzed and proposed a solution to permanently fix 30% of the most common support issues. • Improved release process by introducing feature flags and release notes. • Redesigned CI/CD pipelines to ease delivery and new services introduction. • Provisioned infrastructure with Terraform to make it compliant with a company's InnerSource.

Project: Microservice-based pricing and costing reinsurance tool for SwissRe(http://swissre.com). Accomplishments: • Migrated microservices from private cloud to Azure. • Set up CI/CD as a code in Azure DevOps. • Set up a monitoring using Azure alerts + Azure Function + MS Teams. • Provisioned infrastructure with Terraform.

Project: Microservice-based pricing and costing reinsurance tool for SwissRe-swissre.com Accomplishments: • Introduced custom Spring Boot starters for non-functional features in order to make new services development faster(minutes vs hours). • Proposed and implemented a design for integrating with external systems to make it more scalable and maintainable. • Participated in improving Scrum process. Organized informal meetings for Java developers from the product teams to discuss issues and best practices.
