Development experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing of Python. Created EC2 instances in AWS to run Backend and Client-side servers and added security groups, Autoscaling, and Elastic load balancers to those instances. Generated Python Django Forms to record data of online users and used PyTest for writing test cases. Worked with JSON-based REST web services and AWS. Automated daily reports for New Hires, End of Day Deployments, Schedules for the next day, and Daily Deployment Schedules using Python file processing techniques. Asset updates in the EUD database. Maintained a CSAT score above 4.5 personally and 4.0 overall for the team. Had less than 1% DSATs for overall tickets completed.
