Overall responsibility for Engineering Services / MEP and ELV (Fire and Life Safety Systems / Loss Prevention, HVAC, Electrical, Water Supply and Drainage, Elevators, Ancillary Systems, Building Management Systems, Guest Room Management Systems, ICT Systems, Audio / Video Systems, Security Systems) for new build, conversion and refurbishment projects for all Wyndham Hotels & Resort Group properties across multiple brands and countries within Europe, Middle East, Eurasia and Africa (EMEA) region.

Overall responsibility for Building Services / MEP trades (HVAC, Loss Prevention / Fire Protection & Fire Alarm Systems, Lighting and Small Power, Overhead Cranes & Hoists, Elevators, Water Supply Systems) for High Voltage Substations turn-key projects in UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain & Oman.

- Preparation of Contract specifications, review and evaluation of Main Contractor’s offers - Review and approval of operational philosophy, conceptual and detailed design of Building Services (HVAC systems, Fire and Life Safety systems, cranes, hoists, elevators, water systems - Represent Owner in regard to the MEP process at Owner’s and Main Contractor meetings - Witnessing of all testing and commissioning activities for building services - Claim management, close-outs

- Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction - Preparation of conceptual and detailed design for HVAC, fire fighting and water supply services - Preparation of BoQ, material submissions, shop drawings and method statements - Site supervision, testing and commissioning - Preparation of as-built documentation - Participation as a member of design team in-charge for district heating and gas supply systems in various local and regional projects related to urban planning
