Responsible for Digital IT and Marketing

• Strategic planning and designing of the Omni-channel strategy • Defining and establishing large scale digital transformation in the area of Interactive Communication/ New Channel development • Piloting new digital channels (Chat, Social Media, WhatsApp, Skype) with subsequent scaling including multi-national roll-out

• Defining and seeding Digital Transformation within the E.ON service organization, predominantly working on C-Level with regional units in DE, UK, SE and CEE • Strategic Analysis of existing On- and Offline processes to optimize customer touch points within the customer journey to generate an active shift of the customers towards digital channels (products and services) • International roll-out of new and optimized processes and offerings

• Consulting on Web Personalization/ Conversion Optimization as well as piloting and subsequent product management for SaaS solutions on Interactive Communication internationally • Steering pre-sales of new digital services and implementation of new digital solutions

• Strategic Assessment of Web Personalization for the international sales organization • Conceptioning of personalization measures with subsequent steering of in- and external teams to realize the implementation. A/B and multi-variate testing. • Transition of the learnings towards line organization – building an internal capability of personalization
