PURCHASING, QUALITY MANAGEMENT, PRODUCTION, LOCALIZATION in RUSSIA

Report to STA Director (Supplier Technical Assistance). Main objective: As previous (Cost reduction) + Support of available capacity verification and development within supply base; Consulting of STA team on Lean topics as part of supplier development activity.

Main: Cost reduction for manufacturing process. - Lead of the team (Manufacturing Cost reduction, Lean Assessment, Lean Development, Trainings); - Implementation of improvement opportunities through the supply chain deploying lean manufacturing / Kizen / Production (System (General diagnostic, Direct labor optimization (Line balancing), Machinery optimization (TPM, SMED etc), Material flow (Kanban, Supermarket), Process flow evaluation…); - Cost Audit;

• Production process optimization (VSM/VSD, TPM, SMED, 5S, etc.); • Internal auditing according Lean Manufacturing+. Preparation for external audits. • Moderation and methodological support of internal strategic and creative sessions for specialists and departments managers. • Coordination of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) – 20% increase of OEE at pilot machines during 6 month. • Lean Projects annual budget estimation and realization (realization 2009-2011, max. deviation within 6%)

Trainings’ results assessment, follow-up of production targets set at trainings and workshops; • Estimation of training needs for production department; • Expert-observer in Assessment center Trainings according to departments’ requests; • Trainings on BSH Production System (Lean Manufacturing +) for new employees; • Preparation of training plans based on annual staff assessment (performance appraisal);
