Participation in the project for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA:  Support of the MM team in the conception, development of prototypes, the review and the implementation of the requirements;  Data migration from the legacy system;  Development and implementaion of the role matrix;  Organization and implementation of workshops to train Key Users;  Support of End Users in the Go Live Phase;  System development, writing functional specifications for new developments and requirements.

BOSCH representative at 3PL Warehouse responsible for:  Implementation and development of the SAP WM system;  Execution and improvement of warehouse processes within KPI;  Implementation of Lean Management tools and techniques including warehouse stuff training;  Organization and conduct of annual Stock-taking procedure.

Logistics Department (three employees) management within the scope of their responsibilities in accordance with KPI:  Control and operational support of logistics business processes;  SAP MM/SD Key User;  Implementation and development of the SAP WM system, support and training of End Users;  Deliveries Schedules creation and control;  Planning and optimization of transport logistics;  Claims management;  Plant-wide inventory maintenance.

 Support and training of SAP MM/WM End Users, user manuals creation;  Preparing Change Requests and testing solutions;  Checking inconsistency of stock data, running physical inventories, correction of bills of materials;  Control of inbound deliveries;  Optimisation of warehouse processes;  Support of EDI communication with suppliers;  Claims management.

 Software tests providing in automatic and manual modes;  Test-plans creation, correction and audit;  Сooperation with developers and analysts.
