Contributing to migrating a core banking/lending platform from a third-party vendor to a custom in-house system, built on a plugin-based microservices architecture (C#, .NET, Kafka). Building APIs and event-driven workflows integrating third-party providers, designed to be idempotent and safely retriable, with distributed locking to handle concurrency. Evolving the Postgres schema, optimizing queries, and using Redis caching. Providing production support via the ELK stack.

Initially continued work on the integration with Payme which involved building a Java-based web testing framework with real-time network interception (Chrome DevTools Protocol), removing the need for server-side mocks. Later contributed to a large backend modernization project, splitting a monolithic Python suite into four Java-based projects (mobile, web, backend API, performance testing) - introducing backend performance testing and integrating suites into CI/CD pipelines, reducing production incidents.

Sole QA on a new banking-as-a-service (BaaS) integration with Payme, a fintech app in Uzbekistan with millions of active users, owning test coverage across backend APIs and an embedded partner-app web view. Worked directly with developers, business analysts, and the product owner to analyze requirements and resolve issues under deadline pressure, including on-call support during critical periods. Began automating with Python and Selenium, laying the groundwork for test automation.
