Project "Latrines & Sustainable Water Management for the Sabaki-Primary school" The nonprofit organization Nachami e.V. works with various schools in Kenya. The projects improve the local infrastructure, particularly in schools in Sabaki/ Malindi and Archers Post/ Samburu. This volunteering program was focused on teaching, supporting sponsored children and an intercultural exchange. By volunteering in a African country, I was able to immerse myself in the local culture.

Masters Dissertation: "An Analysis of the Optimization of the Internal Communication within Salzlandsparkasse" A postgraduate degree course which prepared me for advanced leadership positions in companies of all sizes. The focus lies on general questions, business tools and management challenges. However, attention is also given to issues faced by small and medium-sized technology enterprises. During the program I developed individual solutions and tried out strategic management skills.
