Led the frontend development and maintenance of a web-based platform using Angular, leaflet, chart.js, D3.js, and Blockly allowing non-programmers to intuitively build analysis models, perform semantic querying of semantically enriched Earth observation data cubes and visualize results.

Supported the development of automated processes for dwelling extraction and flood mapping using deep learning on remote sensing data for humanitarian action. Supported training CNN models using high-resolution imagery to automate spatial analysis, improving data quality. Prepared cartographic maps for clients to support their field operations.

Supported students in remote sensing and object-based image analysis classes during practical sessions. Collaborated in the redevelopment of the advanced remote sensing module in the UNIGIS master program by adding trending topics and Google Earth Engine exercises. Documented the course materials using R Markdown.

The program provides hands-on skills in GIS methods and remote sensing - data acquisition, processing, analysis & visualization. Additionally, focal points of the program include software development and data modeling.

Core to the program are technical skills in earth observation concepts including GIS and remote sensing in the environmental and emergency management domain with a key focus on sustainable development.
