INJAZ UAE is a not-for-profit organisation offering financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship skills to Middle, High School and University students. I established new and managed existing relationships with senior level corporate and educational partners as well as corporate volunteers; held INJAZ UAE programmes for students; represented INJAZ UAE at relevant events. Earmarked to be promoted to Programme Manager Abu Dhabi and Al Ain in 2014.

Global Medical Solutions (GMS) is a wholly Emirati owned hospital management company under EAI Group. The Health and Sports Medicine Centre (HSMC) project I have been handed is a major project for the Presidential Guard of the UAE Armed Forces, which has started in 2011. Handed over the full project when position was Emiratised in September 2013.

EIA is the sovereign wealth fund of the Federal Government of the United Arab Emirates. I was directly approached by the CHRO to join EIA after having been an external recruitment contact for the organisation since 2008. My remit included internal recruitment related projects, hiring strategies for special projects, the implementation of a recruitment system and the training and development of a UAE National to replace me after my fixed term contract is completed.

I was directly approached to join as an internal consultant on a 9mth contract to train and develop two UAE Nationals, to assist with recruitment processes and strategy, to provide internal line manager interview training, to assist with the PSL process, to finalise the implementation of a new recruitment system, and to operationally handle recruitment assignments.
