Wore many hats from managing internal recruitment teams to advising clients on hiring best practices to sourcing candidates and closing roles. Recruited and filled roles in technology such as Software Developers, (Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, etc.) for North American start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. On the head office side I have recruited roles in Sales, Human Resources, Administration and Finance.

Supported Recruiters and the Recruitment Manager with various administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, conducting simple screens and overseeing background checks including CGP (Controlled Good Program). Took over Campus Recruitment hiring over 20 interns in my first year. I was responsible for the entire process from understanding hiring headcount, conducting intakes with my hiring managers to understand the roles, posting to schools, screening, interviewing and hiring.
