In my role, I lead our talented team through staff training, goal setting, and strategic sales planning, ensuring our store meets and exceeds its targets. I manage inventory and scheduling, organize in-store events and networking activities, and oversee our social media presence. As an MUA, I specialize in everyday beauty, bridal looks, and event makeup. My approach is creative, personal, and rooted in the belief that beauty is about self-expression and confidence.

As a Visual Merchandiser, I designed and executed impactful window displays and in-store layouts that reflected each season’s aesthetic and brand identity. I coordinated outfits and styled mannequins to highlight key collections, developed visually engaging product displays to increase customer engagement, and crafted technical, hands-on displays to showcase products effectively. Additionally, I managed inventory flow, ensuring merchandise levels aligned with seasonal and promotional strategies.
