As a Regional Manager of the Romanian office of Native Recruitment, I am required to concentrate on targeted HR activity, strategic business development and employee management & development as well as to provide an important communication link between local operations and the organization headquarter in order to assist the company to achieve its goals and objectives by region. I manage a small team too.

- Recruitment and selection - Communication both with employers and candidates; - Writing and publishing job adds; - Informing selected candidates about the position's objectives, requirements, responsibilities; - Evaluate candidates based on interview questions and different tests; - Seeking for new clients to provide Recruitment Services on a Contract basis; - Maintaining documentation within the internal database;
