Legal Affairs of Group Companies in LNG Business: Responsible for legal affairs in connection with investments in LNG business in the Netherlands and the UK, including construction of LNG fueling stations. Main duties include performing M&A of LNG station; drafting and reviewing LNG purchase and sale contracts and related risk management.

1. Investment in solar energy projects, performing due diligence on investments and acquisitions; reviewing legal documents and contracts; negotiations with banks for financing. 2. M&A on Project/SPVs: Responsible for asset and share sales of the solar energy projects, performing asset and share valuation; contract pricing; commercial negotiation; drafting and reviewing sale and purchase agreements; monitoring post-closing procedures and risk management.

Private Placement and Reverse Acquisition on a listed company: Participated in a private placement for the shares acquisition of two chemical plants. Main duties included performing legal due diligence on the target companies and other research; drafting and reviewing of contracts and prospectus; coordination of closing procedures.
