Monitoring import and export customs clearance of trade and marketing goods (FMCG industry, more than 800,00 SKUs – NIVEA, EUCERIN, HANSAPLAST, LABELLO, ATRIX) Daily monitoring of storage and handling processes based on defined KPIs Monitoring and support of VAS (Value Added Services) activities of LSP (Logistics Service Provider) Conduct of quarterly and annual inventory counts (more than 2500 pallets) Monthly reporting of stock rotation, identification of slow movers, dead stock and write off

International lubes stock management; Monitoring, controlling and optimizing stocks in OMV local warehouses in 10 countries (more than 1.000,00 SKUs / warehouse) Management of entire supply and logistics chain of lubricants, Ad Blue, coolants, additives (ADR goods) and cleaners for OMV Serbia and OMV Croatia; Monthly reporting of stock rotation, identification of slow movers and shelf warmers. Management of replacement of damaged/lost goods and invoicing to causer.

As a Logistics Manger I was fully responsible for new branch in Serbia.
