• Managed the process of recruitment, talent acquisition, Operations, Executive Search, Staffing, Account Management. • Organize and execute assigned HR projects according to client’s requirements, negotiating terms with clients, contract negotiation. • Account Management, client interaction and ensuring that the requirements are serviced with quality & quick turnaround. • Lead /mentored a team of 6 - 8 recruiters to source quality profiles from various job portals like Monster, Naukri, Linkedin.
