Used ifix SCADA and Rockwell’s Logix Designer PLC, to control multiple aseptic freeze-drying processes such as defrost, sterilization, leak tests. Verified and maintained SSDS and PMDS documentation for smooth communication between PLC and SCADA.

Taught Physics lab to a class of 75 undergraduates with hands-on experiments using Vernier sensors and EasyDATA software for real time data collection and interpretation.

• Designed Expansion joints and pressure masters ($150K+) using AutoCAD, ensuring ASME/EJMA standards. Worked on sheet metal operations such as cutting, rolling and welding. • Created work orders and reported required inventory via SAP R3.

• Developed high-fidelity nonlinear dynamic models for a multi-degree-of-freedom UAV-slung load system using Lagrangian mechanics. Successfully captured complex aerodynamic and inertial coupling to improve simulation accuracy over standard linear models. • Replaced wind tunnel testing with VICON motion tracker for aerodynamic analysis, achieving 80% to 90% cost reduction. Used GMKF on measured and predicted states to get true states for analysis.

Reviewed and graded coursework of 120 undergrad students for the classes of Dynamic Systems, Fluid Mechanics and Flight Dynamics.

Designed an IC engine on SOLIDWORKS, containing piston, crank, combustion cylinder, crankshaft. Contributed in resolving issues such as vibration and leaks in MHawk 140 and MHawk 120 engines.
