Develop a “Study of Algorithmic DDR3 Memory device test system using Zync SoC” to be implemented in in “Xilinx Zedboard” for Siemens AG Germany. - Developed a DDR3 Memory test device setup in Avnet Zedboard. - Developed C multiple test program for testing DDR3 memory chips. - Implemented the serial interface between PC and Zedboard and GUI in LabVIEW .

R&D Engineer, werkstudent: DRAM Test board development for DDR3 - Created test vectors to evaluate DDR3 memory using HILEVEL Griffin System (ATE). -Design of DDR 3 Memory board using Eagle (Mainly schematic drafting and PCB Layout). - Performed retention timing checks on DDR3 Memory chip in HILEVEL Griffin System (ATE). - System test and verification, DDR2 test verification and validation.

Hardware Engineer - Section Handled:- Memory, UART, USB, SIM Card, CAN, SD Card, Power Section (DCDC Convertors, LDOs etc) - AC, DC & Timing analysis for the interface handled. - Preparation of Interface Engineering Specification and Hardware Design Document - Involved in board design, identifying components, Schematic and Net list generation. - Buck convertor simulation, analysis and testing is done. - Cadence Orcad Capture symbol & PCB Footprint verification in Cadence capture and Allegro.

- Buck converter simulation done in PSpice and prototype developed in Lab for verification. - Proficient in handling and using lab equipments (Digital Oscilloscope, Power Supplies, Signal generator). - Involved in pre and post Signal integrity analysis performed for mixed signal board designs. - Done schematic drafting and PCB layout for high speed digital boards. - Done Monte Carlo simulation using Orcad capture and Pspice for Buck convertors.
