 Managing & Coordinating R.F Planning & Optimisation team & generate weekly report for region KZN.  Analysis of existing & new network with the help of Citrix, Sonar, Net web (Business Intelligence) & Radio commander (Tarentella).  Optimisation of existing & new network which includes KPI analysis such as CSSR, RAB-RRC setup & retention , call drop, pilot pollution (Inbound-Outbound), handover & handoff problems (Softer, Soft, Hard, IRAT).

 3G/UMTS & GSM-2G RF Nominal Cell Planning. Production of site search orders for the roll out phase. Dimensioning the RAN network (Node-Bs, RNCs) BTS according to the coverage, capacity and quality requirements.  Planning includes cluster acceptance, capital planning, optimisation of existing network, 2G-3G planning etc with the help of Actix ACP (Automatic Cell Planning).  Optimisation of existing & new network which includes KPI analysis.

 Managing & Coordinating R.F Planning & Optimisation team.  Attend the Business meetings & conferences with Nokia & BSNL & discuss the issues regarding the network on weekly basis.  Network planning this includes Nominal Planning-Coverage & Capacity Planning, LAC, RAC, NSEI Planning, and Defining BSC Boundaries. (Using NETACT Planning tool & Map Info).  Done Nominal Planning of 1200 sites for various circles of Air Cell using ASSET Planning Tool.

 Nominal planning of 275 sites which includes capacity & coverage planning.  Frequency planning of existing & new sites.  Parameter optimisation & analysing daily and weekly basis Cell Doctor Reports & KPI’s, problem solving.  Analysis of Network performance statistics (KPIs) e.g., Drop Statistics, Hand over statistics and their reasons on day-to-day basis and resolving the problems by taking necessary actions on it.

 Network planning this includes Nominal Planning-Coverage & Capacity Planning, LAC, RAC & NSEI Planning, and BSC Boundary Cutting.  Frequency Planning & Neighbor Planning.  Parameters Optimization based on the reports generated from Nokia-Doctor Reports  RF KPI Benchmarking, Pre-Swap & Post-Swap Drive test, Optimisation & Performance Monitoring.  Analysing & rectifying Neighbour discrepancies and anomalies in HO synchronization.  Worked on both Nokia & Siemens KPI.

 Network Planning, Frequency Planning, Prediction Run & Coverage Plots (Using ASSET & ATOL)  Optimisation and analysis of GSM network. This includes site drive test (Using Neptune Kit and Agilent Kit) and antenna selection.  Site Auditing, Validation test of All Swap & New Sites, Pre & Post Drive Test.  R.F site survey with site selections and antenna selections.  New, Swap & Rehome Site database preparation & auditing.  Handled Customer Complaint.
