Every client at Valtech brings a different industry, but one challenge appears almost universally: a capable team, a reasonable budget, and a project still going in circles. The root cause is almost always the same: waterfall thinking, success measured in logged hours, and micromanagement mistaken for control. My work has been to fix that — coaching clients to lead for outcomes, not activity. The result I'm proudest of here isn't a go-live. It's the client who finally learned to trust their team.

When the pandemic hit, pharmaceutical companies couldn't wait for a digital strategy — they needed one immediately. I worked with major pharma clients to pivot their entire marketing and field engagement model to digital, under real pressure and with no margin for delay. What this chapter taught me was how to deliver fast, with clients who had no margin for error and no time to wait.

I joined Lardi & Partner at a moment when digital transformation had stopped being a boardroom conversation and become an emergency response.
