Design storage and Backup processes. Manage Backup and restores of all critical data both applications and databases. Reporting for both Storage and Backup systems Hitachi and Netapp storage administration

Ensure availability and functionality of all enterprise server systems Monthly reporting on the availability of windows system. Backups for the mail boxes based on snap manager for exchange Ensure Procedure and Policies are in place for all Enterprise Systems. Administer all server hardware including HP ProLiant servers, HP Blade servers and SUN blade servers.

Provide first line support to MTN employees Manage and administer Client computers on the Company Network so as to ensure optimal performance of all client computers Making sure Client Computer are running the latest operating system and applications

Systems Engineer is responsible for implementations around IT solutions like Symantec products, Storage EMC, Netapp, HP/DELL hardware and HDS then again consultancy and support on implemented solutions at client premises
