IT project leader and main developer for the in-house portfolio management system Dyamex. Migrated the data backend from MS Access to SQL Server 2008. Improving performance by migrating client-side data preparation to stored procedures, functions and views. Designing extensive client and internal reports, e.g. portfolio structure by asset classes, portfolio performance, tax statement, account statement, different financial charts.

Professional Software Engineer in the Travel and Corporate Events department: Created, enhanced and managed Corporate Event Databases globally with Microsoft Access. Created and published online HTML registration pages with Dreamweaver. Produced/provided ad hoc reporting and statistical information from Access and SQL Server databases. Created special Corporate Event projects (Invitation and meetings handling for WEF 2007, Credit Suisse Hostess administration).

Due to reorganization of Winterthur's IT Professional Software Engineer in the "Individual Software Solution" team: Developed insurance applications as MS Access Projects (front-end) with SQL Server as back-end. Provided 2nd level support for the MS Office Suite. Designed service program with vb.NET automating financial data transformation to Winterthur's SAP environment. Defined programming guidelines and naming conventions for the development team.

Sr. Programmer/Analyst: Intranet/Internet development with FrontPage in an IIS environment using script languages VBScript and JavaScript. Implementing Excel and Access apps as Web apps with SQL Server databases. Creating electronic forms for surveys, contests, feedback, requests. Managing web site content for internal service centers, departments and regional offices. Developed Access application assessing Winterthur North America’s level of automation in IT.

Sr. Programmer/Analyst: Planned, designed, developed and implemented applications with Access 97, VBA, VBS and Visual Basic in multi-user environment for Claims (Subrogation, Salvage, Large Loss Handling, SIU), Marketing, Billing, HR and IT (Agency automation, ISI/ISS conversion). Developed small end-user computing solutions (Word and Excel templates, MS Office software support, Outlook forms) to ease employee's daily workload.

Development and technical support of client/server environment: Migrated end users and development environment to Windows NT Workstation/Server. Setup NT network and implemented productive GraphTalk AIA environment at Winterthur Europe Vie (WEV) Luxembourg. Further development with GraphTalk AIA.
