> Provide effective management of team. > Provide technical leadership and support in implementing and continuously improving processes to ensure smooth running of production facility. > Manage Machine Downtime. > Explain and report on any variances as required. > Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions by liaising with relevant departments. > Ensure all relevant targets / KPI’s are met in adherence with the production plan and standards set. > Managing and scheduling of production plans.

> Planning organizing and controlling employees to realize production targets to the required quantity effectively and efficiently on a daily basis. > Ensuring efficiency of individual employees, equipment and processes on a daily / ongoing basis. > Demonstrating initiative to improve cost effectiveness, time wasting and the elimination of scrap. > Effectively communicating all matters concerning areas of responsibility to employees and relevant authorities.

> Hands on experience on injection molding machines(Oima, Demag, Novapax, Netstal), setting adjustments (cooling time, opening speed, dosing etc.) purging , shutdown procedure. Light and preventative maintenance on welder machines(KAMtec), grinder machines and on automated packaging systems (SysPro) also storage systems in the plant.

Responsibilities: >Generating and printing of customer invoices in a timely manner using the Microsoft NAVision System. >Working with the inventory to find and resolve system faults.

>Developing digital photographs & rolls of films. >Finding new suppliers & working with existing ones. >Restoration of old photographs using Photoshop 7, CS6 >Cash management >Responsible for the day to day operation of the business. >Providing an efficient and effective service to the customers, understanding their needs and working to exceed these whenever possible. >Maintaining customer database. >Fault finding troubleshooting on the photo system working with the engineer.
