o Functional leadership of local supply chain management of 20 market logistics organisations o operational responsible for one of three duty free warehouses worldwide o Tendering of logistics services (warehousing, distribution, road freight) o Development and negotiation of contracts with logistic service provider o Management of Supply Chain Audit Program (200 WH + 50 carrier)

Logistic concepts and procurement activities: • Warehousing & Distribution concepts & tendering • Track and Trace Implementation • Security incident & claim handling Definition and Implementation of Standards, Contracts & Tools: Development of a logistic toolbox for the areas of warehousing, warehousing & distribution, road freight, sea freight and airfreight.
