Manager of the polymer research laboratory with responsibilities for budget needs, equipment and resources. Responsible for the expansion, qualification and validation of the polymer research lab. Sucessfully led a major HXPE process optimization and validation project for Durasul material cross linking. Recommended, tested, and evaluated new materials.

Sucessfully led efforts efforts to build and expand the polymer research testing facilities. Sucessfully supported the Spine Development Group in the field of material optimization and testing for Polyurethanes.
