End-to-end performance: Define Industrial Quality (IQ) Roadmap and lead it to ensure implementation of 0 defect program in production & installation. Deploy set of IQ standards, assess site maturity and needs, lead site IQ improvement, support operational effectiveness and especially new site ramping up, lead and animate international IQ network, skills development and talent pool fertilization, lead digitalization of IQ-processes and deployment of tools to reduce controls, promote IQ-initiatives.

Global lead of ProductFamily Core Team in all quality related matters with customers, suppliers and external parties

Responsible for Quality activities and HSE within project management

- Project Management with focus to multisite & intercompany operations processes - Ensure trains are available for homologation and customer handover on time, costs & Quality - Transfer of production and multisite production of equal trains

- Establish a Quality system for a new generation of very high speed trains / product family called "ZEFIRO" - Support operations setup for transfer of manufacturing from Europe to China - Final release of first train with certificate of conformity after homologation

- International cross site management Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, China, … - supply chain management & supplier performance management - Supplier development - Stakeholder & customer management

- Deputy Project Manager for an international project - Project Management (Operation) multisite set-up

- Management of certification DIN EN ISO 9001 - Ensure Quality of supplied parts for Key projects in Germany, UK and Switzerland - Definition of Q-Requirements for strategic bids in very high speed segment
