Create a chatbot with proactive messaging for a client using Microsoft and Node.js. Design and schedule custom messages based on user behaviour and A/B testing. Deploy the chatbot on Azure with App Service and bot services. Develop an RPA designer with a drag-and-drop interface and connectors for IT automation. Build the front-end with React and Redux and the back-end with Python, Flask, Robot Framework, and various cloud services. Work with other developers to ensure smooth integration and performance.

Learn and practice the software engineering lifecycle, including requirements gathering and specification building, and built activity models to guide development. Worked on a team to develop and maintain a JavaFX library for graphics.
