-Working with JCL and Mainframe JOB management. -Executing production subsystem (e.g. IMS, CICS, DB2, and IDMS) started tasks restarts. -Resolve ABENDS, system issues and batch problems. -Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for customers after major incidents occurred. -Managing changes (update in the system) and IPLs (restart of the system) in co-operation with system programmers and customer engineers. -Perform incident and problem resolution in a timely manner by meeting the SLA’s.
