1. Prioritise new features of the products, 2. Collaborate with customers to develop a deep understanding of Business, AI and model training, 3. Single point of contact about feedbacks, new needs and support services, Prepare Product roadmap 4. Build a user centric (UX approach) mindset around the product. 5. Provide a refined and prioritised backlog to the Scrum team. 6. Make the team commit to release an AI-based solution. 7. Test and propose new improvement areas of the products.

*Work closely with customers: need gathering, prioritization, roadmap, communication & collaboration. *Ensure continuous value delivery: Refine and detail product backlog, technical review, estimation, UX approach, test and validate, release, and deployment management. *Collaboration with the Ecosystem: Interaction with the Product management team the software engineers and architects, management of 2 product owners.

*Quality Management Migration project from ISO 9001 V 2008 to V 2015 in 2 companies: -Work closely with directors to define long and mid-term strategy with SMART goals, - Figure out the risk matrix for all processes, - Update all quality required documents with an accurate KPIs definition -Provide customized training to all staff to ensure sharing the knowledge, -Put in place & Follow up the action plan with the stakeholders, -Manage all audits (internal and external) and put in place a relevant action plan

-Roadmaps and structural solutions for the digitalization project, Carrying out a risk assessment and risk analysis of opening new markets, -Keeping track of the planning progress and put in place the purchasing process with the overseeing the accounting, costing, and billing, - Animating staff involvement workshops -Manage a team of 2 project assistants: closely collaborated with them to identify and quickly remove impediments.

*Quality insurance Management : -Ensure compliance with standard and legal requirements in all processes in the company with the setting of new policies about costumers relationships, -Plan and prepare internal and external audits -Monitor quality dashboard and KPI’s. -Conduct an internal training about the 9001 V 2008 *Management and communication: -Ensure the budget management, -Improve internal communication tools in the company -Manage a team of 2 quality officers
