• Presenting the monthly development plan to the board of directors. • Analysis of processes and A/B tests to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and profitability by using Tableau, SQL, Omniture and Qlickview. • Creation of actionable strategies to improve the performances of slow-growing dark stores in 8 different cities. • Organizing ‘Dark Store Summit’ which is a 3-days-seminar to share know-how about the online grocery market and to improve inner-communication of Delivery Hero.

• Finding Turkish Youtubers to make promotional and how-to-use videos of HiNative. • Communicating with the Instagramers and micro-level influencers to make long-term partnerships. • Following the growing trends of digital marketing and presenting new marketing ideas to the board. • Providing English contents to the blogs and websites that are interested in HiNative. My partnership campaigns generated an increase in leads of 21% and in downloads of 87% in Turkey, with 0,6 € CPD.

As a paid intern, my responsibilities included: • Managing marketing programs that promote products to health-care professionals. • Managing vendors and external marketing agencies engaged in company promotions. • Identifying and analyzing competition and researching new target markets.
