* Supervising the stock control at the local Logistics team in the Mediterranean and West Africa , co-operating with Headquarters in Tokyo to contribute in minimizing the stock level & costs and Co-ordinate the appropriate usage of the containers. *Supervising the equipment disposal and leasing. *Collecting and analyzing data with regard to the equipment containers on the Med. And WA.

*Supervising the tasks of the 4- 5 people in my department. *Direct and daily contact with Europort and several ports / terminals of Belgium to ensure loading shipment in our 10 vessels per week with destination North America, West Africa , Asia, South Africa and Canada. * Monitoring special cargo, dangerous cargo, special equipment, and customs.

* Supervising tasks of 3 people of my department. *Planning 5 vessel weekly and handling all shipment procedure ( booking / space allocation/ manifest / documentation / invoicing).

*Responsible to consolidate all cargo from our European offices / clients with destination USA and Canada: taking care of booking / pickups / stuffing / loading / documentation and manifests.

* Handling all the documentation necessary for every shipment to North and South America.

* Organizing maritime shipments with worldwide destination. * Co-coordinating pick-ups, stuffing, loading, documentation, manifest and invoicing.
