Paint Shop - Optimized the DRR(Direct Run Ratio) by implementing In-Process Quality Standards in each station to solve DRL(Direct Run Loss) problems.

Body and Press Shops - Optimized ADCT(average die change time) of 3500T press line by changing the die change preparation sequence between press panels; - Changed the quality vs. responsiveness operation by implementing the push method from press to the body shop.
