• Designed and product-managed Zeus, Jotform’s internal revenue operations platform processing 5.6M user records, contributing to $3.7M in new enterprise revenue and saving 30,400 hours of manual work within 9 months. • Led end-to-end design of Jotform’s first two-factor authentication system across Web, Mobile, and Enterprise, growing adoption from zero to 150,000+ users with 95% retention and reducing account breach tickets by 12%.

• Led end-to-end UX redesign of enterprise learning platform as sole designer, increasing user retention from 24% to 56% and mobile adoption from 12% to 26% across 2.4M users and 374 enterprise clients. • Redesigned exam interface achieving 2.4% misclick rate across 32-participant usability testing, enabling 1,500+ online exams for 120 enterprise clients. • Increased course creation rate from 53% to 77% per server by redesigning authoring tools and dashboard architecture, collaborating with 20+ stakeholders
