Con anterioridad he participado en el plan de expansión de la empresa a nivel de RRHH gestionando unidades de negocio en todo el ámbito nacional con más de 300 pax. a mi cargo . Responsabilidad a nivel de reclutamiento, selección , resolución de conflictos, análisis y gestion de indices , evaluación y desarrollo . En octubre 08 retomo mi posición como responsable de RRHH del area de barcelona .
