•Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Citrix environment (Citrix XenApp 6.5 and 7.14 farms), including Web Interface, Storefront, Applications, Desktops, various latency, bottlenecks, and other performance-based problems. •AD. •maintain performance and reliability.•24X7 on-call.•support over 400 Windows 2008 R2 servers in Citrix farm.•Ensure adequate documentation of all strategies, processes, and procedures related to the implementation and support of the environment.

For dedicated desktops is used SCCM 2007 and for floating desktops is used VMware tools.•In SCCM: Building and Deploying software packages, create collections, advertisements and task sequences.•In VMware: merge the vhd files received from packaging team and output the vmdk, creating AppStacks, manage VMware User Environment Manager 9.0, AppToggle Appstacks, AppVolumes, Writable Volumes.
