- Manage and supervise General Services activities in line with Corporate/Company guidelines and procedures - Ensure local and seconded personnel administrative and contractual management, in compliance with labor, immigration, tax and social security legislation - Assistance about business trip/secondment departures - Full assistance for expats in all activities related to the assignment - Ensures compliance (immigration, tax and social security) facilitating the secure overseas detachment

- Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers - Act as a liaison between HR & Legal Departments related to Romanian Labor Code - Provide full assistance at the initial settling-in period for expats - Legislative and technical support to internal Clients; - Manage the relationship between company and local authorities related to labor/overseas contracts - Managing the relation with the authorities to ensure the traveling abroad of the employees
