Develop an animation plan for the French Renault network of workshops. The objective of this animation is to increase the speed with which the vehicles are repaired for the customers and to reduce the number of incoming demands for assistance sent by the network to the producer. Another responsibility was to play the role of a "window person" between the teams located in Romania that responds to the assistance demands from the French network and the teams located in France.

Warranty Europe Platform Manager

Manager of a team of 23 warranty analysts that had the main mission to check and validate the Renault and Dacia warranty claims from 14 EUCountries. It functions as an off-shore platform for the Western European countries that regroups the warranty analyst of several countries in one place. The first challenge of this position was to build and develop the organization that at the time was the first team of its kind inside the Renault Group. The team grew during 2010 from 16 to 23 persons.
