When we acquired one of our competitors, I went to France to manage the new company A2J. As a truly sales and marketing person – realizing - that I was in charge of everything in a small organization, i.e. from supply for production (screw) to developing the company itself (strategy), I formed a team to execute on it, successful.

His saying still drives me today, I am all in for problems to solve.
