- Led cost engineering for Togg Sedan & xCoupé programmes, preparing part pricing, tooling investment costs, and cost-walk studies against design changes. - Prepared RFQ packages, assembly welding cost models with robot/labour cycle times, and tooling estimations (8bin, Recap) for Ford V710, V769, and V801 - Sourced and qualified bought-out components through structured supplier selection. - Visited Howon Korea to attend mould buy-off process gaining direct exposure to Korean Tier-1 manufacturing operations
