-Responsible for Vestel branded dishwashers for domestic market -Creating and executing long-term product roadmaps, campaign strategies and positioning -Developing marketing plans for ATL and BTL activities; planning and executing marketing strategy -Keeping track of brand performance by analyzing several datas and market trends; creating action plans accordingly - Preparing and managing annual budget - Working in cooperation with internal and external teams to achieve yearly defined goals

-Playing a key account manager role and strategically planning sales activities -Providing reports by concentrating on KPI targeting and market trends as well as -analyzing the market situation to the Board of Directors and executives of related departments. -Identifying trends and growth areas of the market by analyzing customer feedbacks and conducting detailed market researches, to meet customer needs -Project management of new launches in Italy TV market

The project was driven by a group of 5 by the collaboration of a Scottish enterprise, Hippo and Hedgehog Ltd and Strathclyde Business School from January 2018 to June 2018 under Marketing Works class to create a relaunch plan for their beverage brand “Baotic”.
